How long does my order take to ship?

Items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days from the receipt of order. An order received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will usually be sent on the next working day. If you have placed a Made to Order item the processing time is extended to 5 working days from order confirmation to allow me sufficient time for the making process. If you need something quickly, please get in touch before placing your order so we can discuss what is possible.

Shipping within the UK

Postage and packaging will be added at the checkout. All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail offer compensation cover up to £150 should your order not arrive.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, I can ship to lots of countries all over the world. All international orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

What is your return policy? 

If you change your mind about an item, I am happy to accept the return of your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Your purchased item(s) must be returned within 14 days of notice of cancellation in the original packaging, unopened and unworn and in perfect condition and the customer is responsible for this cost. Please include your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt email with your return.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons, or on custom made orders.

Faulty or damaged items

I put a lot of effort into making sure that your items arrive in a good condition. If you return an item which is faulty and/or damaged, I will refund your postage charges if the product is found to be faulty or damaged once it is returned. Please ensure that you pack any items for return carefully to ensure that they are protected and don’t get damaged in transit. I cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in the post. I recommend that you return your parcel using a tracked service. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
